Located in the heart of Barcelona’s 22@ innovation district, the new LCI European Hub stands as a monumental 11,000-square-meter infrastructure dedicated to creative education. Recently lauded by La Vanguardia as the best building in the world, this BREEAM®-certified campus represents a paradigm shift in educational architecture.

The structural design by Circular Studio relies on a profound understanding of volume, light, and sustainability. The photographic documentation of the building focuses on its objective geometry and spatial scale—from the imposing glass curtain walls that connect the interior with the urban fabric, to the raw, structural integrity of the main atrium. The visual narrative captures the dialogue between the building’s specialized technological spaces, such as the FabLabs, and the expansive, multicultural public areas that welcome global talent. This project is a rigorous exercise in documenting contemporary architectural ambition, where environmental responsibility meets cutting-edge spatial design.
